How to Get Your Digital Pass
Your member pass comes from our own pass page, so you don't need to wait for an email. On your phone, go to pass.christianarts.team and enter the email address you registered with.
For iPhone Users
- Open pass.christianarts.team on your iPhone
- Enter the email address you registered with
- Tap "Add to Apple Wallet"
- The pass will now be stored in your Apple Wallet app
You can access it anytime by opening the Wallet app on your iPhone
For Android Users
- Open pass.christianarts.team on your Android phone
- Enter the email address you registered with
- Tap "Show my pass on screen"
- Keep that page handy so you can show the QR code at rehearsal
Google Wallet passes are coming soon. Until then, show your pass on screen.

Arrive at Rehearsal
Check in at the designated attendance area
Open Your Pass
Open Apple Wallet on iPhone, or your pass page on Android
Select Your Pass
Find and tap on your Christian Arts pass
Show to Coordinator
Present your pass to our attendance coordinator who will scan or view it to mark your attendance
The entire process takes just seconds and helps us maintain accurate attendance records for all participants.
No Phone? No Problem
If you can't use a phone, tell the attendance coordinator and we'll mark you in by name.

We take your privacy seriously at Christian Arts. Our digital pass system is designed with security in mind while providing convenient access.
Personal Information
Your digital pass contains only the minimum information needed for identification: your name and a unique pass ID. No sensitive personal data is stored on the pass.
Data Storage
Pass data is stored securely within your device's wallet app. Christian Arts does not have access to your phone or other personal information.
Attendance Records
When your pass is scanned, we only record your attendance status. This information is kept confidential and used solely for program management purposes.
